EVA NEW YORK

Settled in New York City’s Bowery, Eva New York is an interactive extension of its neighborhood, establishing a space dedicated to both emerging fashion designers and artists. Over the past 9 years, Eva has acted as a launching pad for both young and established designers such as Henrik Vibskov (Denmark), C.Neeon (Berlin), Acne (Sweden), Vivienne Westwood Anglomania (UK), Grey Ant (LA), Bliss Lau (NY), Olivier Theyskens (Paris), Bruno Pieters (Antwerp), Marjan Peijoski (London), Lara Bohinc (London), Mandy Coon (NY), Diana Orving (Sweden), Carlota Joaquina (Brasil), Katie Gallagher (NY), Saltalamacchia (NY) Telfar (NY) and The Twenty Ten (NY). The 1600 square foot store also doubles as an art gallery

to support young artists. Recent shows include Gabriel Shuldner, Tony Ward, Cecilia Jurado, Mick Rock and fashion/video installations by Bland and Samantha Pleet.

Owner Stephanie Pappas is a native New Yorker who has been living downtown for 15 years. The underground music, art, and fashion scene has been a consistent influence in Pappas’ life. Between the family’s retail background and working behind the scenes on fashion events, the concept of EVA was born as a place to house the work of the innovators around her.

Aleksandra Wisniewska A/W 10/11 collection will be available at EVA in september!
